Poverty alleviation, helping disadvantaged families and the homeless are matters we care about.
We passionately promote Community efforts to help those less fortunate and donate funds to the fantastic organisations who are out there assisting those individuals and families directly and improving their lives.
We support and encourage Community involvement and probono opportunities.
In 2016, in conjunction with an AMP Financial Planning business partner, we provided pro bono guidance to many of the families retrenched without receiving final entitlements from the closure of Qld Nickel in North Queensland. We provided in excess of 200 hours assisting with budgets, calling lenders for repayment arrangements, liaising with superannuation funds and providing rational strategies to help them get through a very tough period prior to the Government releasing FEGS payments.
